February Visitations

On Tuesday, February 2nd, 2010 at 2:41 p.m.,
Lynda L. Rascón emailed Mr. Abramowitz:

Hi Harold. I hope that you find yourself well. I have Great news. I am expecting a baby again and hopefully everything will go well. If you would please help me have Sundays to stay home and take care of those little things that need to be done by changing our visits to Saturdays.

During this month of February, I have Gymnastics with my nieces until 1:30 pm and would like to have the visits from 2:30 pm to 8:30 pm on Saturdays. From March on, we will finish gymnastics at 11 am and can begin the visits anytime after 12:00 pm.

Also, I would like to ask if we could have a dinner get together on Harriet's birthday, Friday, February 12th.

For February 13th and 14th I will be at a Gymnastics meet and will be unable to have a visit unless you would like for Harriet and Theodore to go with us to the meet at the Universal Studios Hilton on both or either days. Lani, of course, would go with us to enjoy the competition hosted by the All Olympia Gymnastics that Claudette goes to where Elite Gymnasts compete for the opportunity to go to the Gymnastics Visa Championship.

Please let me know what we can do.

Blessings,

Lynda L. Rascón

On Tuesday, February 2nd, 2010 at 2:53 p.m.,
Mr. Abramowitz emailed Lynda L. Rascón and Cc'd Mrs. Abramowitz:

Hi Lynda,

Congratulations on your wonderful news! And best to you and your, now expanded, family.

Unfortunately, after two years, moving visitations to Saturday will not work within our schedule. I'm so sorry. I hope you and Lani will be able to work something out so Harriet and Theodore's regular Sunday visitations can continue without interruption.

I am open to Harriet and Theodore accompanying you and their mother to the gymnastics meet on Sunday the 14th, again as long as this can be worked out, and, if other times are necessary that day, worked out in advance.

I am also open to there being a birthday dinner for Harriet, but I am not certain about the day and time. When our plans for Harriet's birthday are finalized, I will coordinate with you and Lani.

Please let me know what you intend to do about this coming week as soon as you are able.

Thank you, and, again, congratulations.

Best,

Harold

On Thursday, February 4th at 10:58 p.m.,
Lynda L. Rascón emailed Mr. Abramowitz:

Hi, Harold.

I was hoping that you would like the change to Saturdays, since as parents we know that Sunday evenings we tend to prepare the children for the school week.

I was not aware of Harriet and Theodore having activities the way that Claudette does on Saturdays with Gymnastics. It could also be possible for Lani and I to take them to their activities if you like.

I was under the impression that over the past four months the consistency of the weekly visits and not the specific day (Sunday) was what was in the children's best interest.

I am still in the early stages of pregnancy and hopefully I will be able to continue the visitations on Sundays. I am Diabetic and almost 40 years old, so you can imagine I am a high-risk pregnancy and have miscarried 8 times over the past 9 years. I will make every effort to work with you regarding the day and times. I find it of the utmost importance for these visits to continue.

For Sunday, February 7th I am available anytime after 11 am. Please let me know the earliest possible time that will work for the children.

We are still asking for a Dinner Celebration for Harriet on her 12th Birthday, Friday, February 12th. Please let us know what is convenient.

Over the weekend of the 13th and 14th I will be volunteering at the Gymnastics meet and would not be able to pick up the children or stay with them during the meet. Lani is able to pick them up and keep them with her if you would like.

For the 3rd and 4th weekend please see if you can change schedules around for us to change the visits to Saturdays.

Blessings,

Lynda L. Rascón

Hi Lynda,

Thank you for your message.

Sunday, February 7th - 12:30 - 6:30PM (this is the earliest convenient time for us)

Sunday, February 14th, you are not available (I will leave it to Lani to contact me with alternative monitoring arrangements, if she plans to have her visitation.)

Sunday, February 21st, 12:30-6:30PM (this is the earliest convenient time and day for us)

Saturday, February 27th, 2:30 - 8:30PM is fine, for this day, though not a good time generally.

Again, I apologize for the delay, but as soon as I have Harriet's birthday arrangements set, I will let you know.

Best,

Harold

As far as Harriet's birthday dinner visitation is concerned, how does Friday, Feb. 12th, from 5:00PM to 9:00PM sound?

Lynda L. Rascón emailed Mr. Abramowitz:

Hi, Harold. My apologies my mother was put in the hospital on Wednesday. Her kidneys shut down and she is getting Dialysis. I need to stay with her over the weekend.

Would it be possible for the kids to still visit Lani for this visit on Sunday? Even if the time is shorter, or at least for them to be able to walk over and see her and spend some time with her.

Please let me know what can be done.

Blessings,

Lynda L. Rascón
