Mrs. Abramowitz emailed Mr. Abramowitz:
Hello Harold.
I'm still waiting to receive an answer from you about this Sunday's visit.
Harriet and Theodore informed me that they will be flying (by themselves) to Mammoth to stay with your sister, Judy Faye Abramowitz, while you are attending the Associated Writing Programs (AWP) 2010 Conference in Colorado.
Will Harriet and Theodore be back in time for our visit on Sunday?
It appears from the AWP Conference Schedule that you are performing on Saturday evening:
7:30PM
Location: The Thin Man Tavern, 2015 E 17th Ave Denver...Join us for a reading by the writers of three radical women-run presses—Chiasmus Press, Fairy Tale Review Press, and Les Figues Press—featuring Harold Abramowitz, Amina Cain, Teresa Carmody, Ashley McWaters, Alissa Nutting, Lance Olsen, Vanessa Place, Lidia Yuknavitch, and Kate Zambreno (AWP, 2010).
Will Harriet and Theodore be back in time for our visit on Sunday?
Would you like to move the visiting time until a little later in the day?
Will Judy be bringing Harriet and Theodore to my apartment?
Should I pick them up at your father's house in Van Nuys?
Will the children be calling me from Judy's?
Please feel free to give Judy my telephone number.
While you have, as attorney Charles A. Ver Hoeve mentioned, 'unilaterally' changed some of the court orders (Ver Hoeve, 2009), it is clear that you are still zealously intent on enforcing the court order requiring my having monitored (as opposed to unmonitored) visits with the children. For more than two years now, Harriet, Theodore, and I have demonstrated acceptance of your rights as the custodial/primary parent and obedience to your court-ordered authority over us.
Obviously, if you were to 'unilaterally' decide that Harriet, Theodore and I no longer needed a monitor for our visits, and since I live right across the street from you, I could be extremely flexible about visiting times (and, additionally, provide no-cost after-school care).
In the meantime, respectfully, once I have successfully scheduled with the monitor, I must insist on having these important weekly visits.
Therefore, I expect to see Harriet and Theodore at on Sunday, April 11th.
Please have them ready on time.

Hello Harold.
Thank you for finally sending a reply email.
Unfortunately, it had no content.
Tori, and I will pick Harriet and Theodore up on Sunday at 12:30 p.m..
The children's weekly visits with me are court-ordered.
Because of your continued insistence on monitors [ostensibly to guard against Richard Gardner's Parental Alienation Syndrome (PAS)], I am not able to be flexible with regard to the regular Sunday schedule.
So far, we have had more than 27 months of monitored visits.
Once you feel sufficiently 'un-alienated' (emotionally ready?) for the children and I to have unmonitored visits,
I will be able to be absolutely flexible and will devote myself to indulging your scheduling needs.
Until that time comes, if you, personally, are not returning to Los Angeles by Sunday, Tori and I will expect either your sister, Judy Abramowitz, or your father, Nathan (Nate) Abramowitz, to have Harriet and Theodore ready on time.
Thank you.
Best,
Mira-Lani

we will not be back in time from our spring break trips for sunday's visit. i apologize for any inconvenience. if you would like to schedule a makeup visit, that would be fine.
you are more than $14000 in arrears for child support. please dispense with the self righteous tripe.
